We’re looking for a highly experienced, hands-on Senior Digital Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our digital performance strategy, execution, web and SEO. This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact role at a fast-growing medical device company, where your work will directly influence business growth and operational efficiency.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Performance Marketing & Paid Media
- Own and execute full-funnel campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, Taboola and others
- Manage budgets, optimization, reporting, and hands-on implementation
- Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot conversion pixels and integrations
- Support ad creative optimization and collaborate with content/design
- Manage and improve WordPress site (page creation, theme/plugin setup, troubleshooting)
- Run CRO experiments: A/B testing, multivariate testing, funnel analysis
- Implement and interpret behavioral tools (Hotjar, VWO, Google Optimize)
- Ensure high-quality UX through heatmapping, testing, and optimization cycles
- Set up and maintain Google Tag Manager (custom triggers, tags, dataLayer)
- Own GA4 tracking setup: custom events, conversions, funnels, reporting
- Manage attribution setup, UTM structuring, and performance dashboards
- Basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript knowledge for tag implementation and site tweaks
- Lead on-page SEO strategy: keyword planning, structure, internal linking
- Support off-page SEO and link-building initiatives
- Use tools like SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Search Console
- Maintain technical SEO hygiene (schema, redirects, robots.txt, sitemaps)
CRM & Automation
- Manage Microsoft Dynamics 365: segmentation, nurture flows, lead ops
- Build and optimize email and SMS campaigns
- Leverage tools like Zapier to automate and streamline workflows
- Stay current and experiment with AI tools that can support marketing efficiency and content production
- Apply AI where relevant to accelerate content creation, analytics, and optimization
- Ambitious, with a desire to grow into a more senior leadership role as the team scales
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Manage and coordinate the work of external digital marketing agencies, freelancers, and technical contractors.
- Oversee the execution and quality of outsourced work across paid media, web development, SEO, and analytics.
- Ensure clear expectations, performance tracking, and alignment across all external partners.
- While this role does not initially include direct internal reports, you will be expected to act as the senior digital lead within a small marketing team and serve as a subject-matter expert.
- As the company grows, this role may expand to include management of in-house team members and/or hiring and training new digital staff.
MANDATORY:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on performance marketing, CRO, and web management
- Proven experience managing and executing full-funnel digital campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, and Taboola
- Strong technical skills in tools including:
- Google Tag Manager, GA4, UTM tracking, and attribution modeling
- WordPress (theme/plugin management and troubleshooting)
- CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign)
- A/B testing and CRO platforms (e.g., Google Optimize, VWO)
- Solid understanding of SEO (on-page and technical) and experience with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of both strategic planning and tactical execution
- Experience managing external vendors and freelancers with strong project management skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); excellent communication and reporting skills
DESIRABLE:
- Experience working in a healthtech, SaaS, or high-growth startup environment
- Familiarity with tools such as Zapier, Intercom, Hotjar, Calendly
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for tag troubleshooting and site implementation
- Agency background or experience leading cross-functional marketing teams
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with senior leadership (CEO, CMO, etc.) on business-critical projects
- Exposure to AI tools or strategies in digital marketing
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- This is a hybrid role, requiring 2–3 days per week in-person at our office in Modi’in, with the flexibility to work remotely on other days.
- The role involves extensive computer-based work, including prolonged periods of sitting, typing, and screen time.
- You’ll work closely with a small, fast-paced team and engage in constant collaboration across departments.
- Frequent presentations to senior stakeholders are expected, requiring a confident and professional presence.
- The environment is dynamic and high-pressure, with tight deadlines, rapidly shifting priorities, and a need to adapt quickly to new initiatives.
- Due to collaboration with teams and partners in the U.S., U.K., and Israel, occasional long work weeks and flexible hours may be required to accommodate time zone differences.
