Sales Representative
About AposHealth®
AposHealth® revolutionizes health and wellness by helping people move better and live better. Our flagship solution, Apos®, is a footworn FDA-cleared medical device with a 96% satisfaction rate and over 150,000 patients treated worldwide for chronic knee, lower back, and hip pain. We're a fast-growing company - and we believe our work has just begun.
The Role
We're seeking an experienced sales hunter to build and grow the Apos® market across Massachusetts. You'll sell directly to public sector employers (police departments, municipal agencies, school districts) and local corporate employees. This is a territory-based individual contributor role - no management responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will have a robust local network and at least five (5) years of hunter sales experience. This role requires a hands-on approach, with direct interaction with patients and employees to drive awareness and adoption of Apos®.
If you are a true sales hunter, this role is for you. Your primary focus will be identifying and developing new business opportunities within public sector entities across Massachusetts.
What this role is NOT: This is not a provider or hospital sales role. We are not selling to physicians, orthopedic surgeons, or health systems. If your background is exclusively in provider-facing medical device sales, this role is not the right fit.
Who You'll Sell To: Public sector decision-makers (police, unions, municipal procurement, school district administrators) and local HR/benefits leaders at mid-size employers. Face-to-face outreach with employees and patients is a core part of this role.
What We're Looking For:
• 5+ years of territory-based hunter sales experience with documented new business development
• Proven track record selling to public sector or government buyers (police, municipal, education)
• Based in the MA region
• Demonstrated success in cold outreach and prospecting - you build your own pipeline
• Experience closing deals with multiple stakeholders
• Strong local market knowledge and an existing network in MA
• Comfortable with direct-to-patient/employee interactions
• Self-motivated, accountable, and persistent with follow-up
• Comfortable working in a fast-growing environment where individual performance directly impacts company growth
• Excellent communication skills and team collaboration mindset
• Ability to work independently
Experience in musculoskeletal care, pain management, or orthopedic solutions is a plus.
What You'll Do:
• Build and maintain client relationships with employers across Massachusetts.
• Prospect and identify new opportunities through corporate offices, healthcare facilities, and community events
• Conduct engaging and persuasive sales presentations showcasing the value of Apos® to potential clients
• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and effectively communicate benefits to decision-makers
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set in collaboration with leadership
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with marketing and customer support to ensure seamless communication and client satisfaction
This position involves regular travel within MA and requires a proactive, energetic approach to sales.
