The Role

We are seeking an experienced, motivated and dynamic individual to join our Sales team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in promoting and selling Apos® to healthcare providers as well as public sector, including police forces, county workers, hospitals, teachers, and university employees.

The ideal candidate will have a robust local network and a minimum of five (5) years of experience in sales. This role requires a hands-on approach, involving direct interaction with patients to drive sales of Apos®.

If you are a true sales "hunter" this role is for you. Your primary focus will be on understanding the needs of healthcare providers and public sector entities, including governmental, law enforcement, healthcare, and municipal agencies. Join us in making a positive impact on patient care!

What we are looking for:

  • 5+ years of sales experience selling to the public and private sector
  • ​​​​Experience in Musculoskeletal care, pain management, or orthopedic solutions a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in new business development and cold outreach—true "hunter" mentality.
  • Experience closing complex deals with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong local market knowledge and an existing network
  • Self-motivated, accountable, and persistent with follow-up and sales process execution.
  • Comfortable working in a startup or small-company environment, where individual performance directly impacts company growth.
  • Excellent professional communication skills and team collaboration mindset.
  • Ability to work independently.

What you will do:

  • Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Develop and nurture relationships with medical professionals, clinics, and healthcare providers to promote Apos Health solutions.
  • Prospecting and Outreach: Identify and approach potential clients within the Wilmington and Newark Areas. Engage with employees in various settings, including corporate offices, healthcare facilities, and community events.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Apos Health products and their benefits to effectively communicate with potential clients.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging and persuasive sales presentations to employers and healthcare professionals, showcasing the value and impact of our healthcare solution.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Set and achieve sales targets and objectives in collaboration with the sales team and management.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure seamless communication and client satisfaction.

This position involves regular travel within DE and PA and requires a proactive and energetic approach to sales.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 annually. This role is commission-eligible, subject to the terms of the applicable commission plan.
